Miss DJ QT was born April 28 in The Netherlands. She grew up in a musical family where soul, country and funk were part of her daily nutrition. Being a small town Surinamese Javanese girl, QT spend most of her time getting lost in music which resulted in her choice of name Miss DJ “QT” which stands for Quality Time. In 1996 QT had her first encounter with turntables and fell head over heals in love with them! She made a swift departure from there and within the same year she landed her first gigs at small clubs in The Netherlands.

After receiving positive feedback on her debut performance QT was offered a spot right next to dj Moortje who was running the dj circuit at the time. QT stayed under the tutorage of Moortje and toured the country with him till ‘98. In 1999 Miss DJ QT landed her first residency @ the RnB Café in Rotterdam from where her name traveled fast as a female dj to be reckoned with. As her name gained momentum, QT decided to break from the club scene for a while...

She did so from 2000 till 2003 but when QT realized the void she left by leaving the dj scene, she decided to come back with a vengeance. It didn’t take her but a month to secure two residencies. The Chill Out in Venray and The Chill Out in Leiden. She was rocking several summer festivals throughout the Netherlands. In September 2003 Miss DJ QT caught the attention of one of Europe’s most prominent dj crews. She was offered a Sunday slot as the first female dj @ Mondial (Beek/The Netherlands). In May 2004 QT got her first Technics. QT went on to spin her set of RnB, dancehall, hip hop and classics @ clubs throughout Belgium, Germany, Caribbean, Surinam and Asia.

As QT was on her way to persue her dreams, one of Germany's biggest booking agencies, saw the drive QT has to go for her goals, and approached her in October 2004. They exchanged ideas and found out they were on the same level. After seeing QT in action on the ones and twos, they were enthusiastic and so they started working together. Not only playin in the clubs but also expanding her horizon in the studio, QT continues her path to reach for the sky. Opening shows for celebirties such as: Ivy Queen, Loon, Montell Jordan, Fatman Scoop, Akon, Sat-R-Day, P. Moody and many more.

As bigger events started coming up QT is also featured in several videos such as All night from Xchange Project and Damelo mami by DosUno featuring Masta, she's the dj in this video.

Big changes started October 2008 when Miss DJ QT decided it was time to spread her wings and taking things to another level. She changed management and started to believe there was more than what she had seen the years before. Launching Quality Time Entertainment was one of the first new steps.

Quality Time Entertainment is a complete package of what entertainment should be. Concepts like Chix in da Mix, Chix vs Dix in da Mix, Asian Sensation, Kids in da Mix is what it's all about.

Being Chix in da Mix's CEO, QT not only works with other female djs, but she also collaborates with female mc's, singers, dancers and so on. For example Dj Lady S, C. Bankz and Germany's own Viva Diva, Daisy Dee. Opening the doors for the women in the bizz. It's all Quality!
Chix in da Mix is live on stage every last Wednesday of the month at Grand Casino Brussels. Let us entertain you!

Since children are the future Miss DJ QT started working with "her" children at home a few years ago. Off the streets in a warm a comfortable "home" environment. Kids in da Mix can be booked on kids' disco, teenparties and so on. Like Chix in da Mix and Chix vs Dix in da Mix, Kids in da Mix is a mix of dj, mc and dancers for kids by kids!

Miss Cutie QT stays true to her name as her striking looks are but the icing on the cake next to the Quality Time she spends preparing her music to give her audience a unique blend of the Old and New, Music for the Boys and the girls.
